My name is Jenny Humphreys and I am the owner of Mindful Move Management. I have lived in East Tennessee my whole life and have moved several times throughout the years. I understand the emotional, mental, and physical frustrations moving can add to life.  Through churches and my Volunteer Action Civitan Club, I have served my community and would love the opportunity to serve you in your move!
