We offer a complimentary first visit with free estimate that you can schedule on our Contact Us page. At this meeting, we will meet with you and your family to discuss your needs, your anticipated timeline and provide a range of cost estimate. Once you are ready to move forward with Mindful Move Management, we will require a $500 deposit to get started, another payment halfway through and the balance will be due on moving day.
